Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant maintenance role preferred.
• 5-axis CNC experience preferred.
• PLC experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to read complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates maintenance for equipment; lead CNC troubleshooting and controls.
• Manage capital projects up to $1M and large equipment installations.
• Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures and repairs.
• Develop maintenance procedures, TPM/FMEA programs, and training for technicians.
