Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a growing precision manufacturing team. You will set up, program (Fanuc) and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints, select tooling, and apply offsets to meet tight tolerances.

You will conduct First Article Inspections and ensure quality throughout production. The role uses Mastercam or Gibbs CAM, involves clean, organized workspaces, and offers a Monday–Friday day shift with overtime opportunities and competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to read and understand CNC programs (G & M codes).
• Knowledge of tool selection, tooling setup, and making tool offsets.
• Proficiency in metrology tools (CMM experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program Fanuc CNC Lathes (turning) using CAM software.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Upload programs and adjust machine parameters.
• Select and install tooling and set offsets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring tools.
• Monitor and maintain quality throughout machining process.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
