Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC setup and operation.
• Proficient with Fanuc and Mazak controls; strong G-code skills.
• GD&T literacy; blueprint reading.
• Experience with micrometers/calipers for verification.
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform tool changes.

Responsibilities

• Own setups and production on CNC lathes and mills (2–5 axis) for large components.
• Transform drawings into actionable machining plans; read and apply GD&T.
• Input programs and adjust parameters; conduct basic troubleshooting (G & M code).
• Use steady rest and tailstock to achieve accuracy and stability.
• Maintain machines to sustain accuracy, reliability, and uptime, document results.
