Master Machine seeks an experienced CNC Machinist with 5+ years of independent setup and operation of CNC tools, specializing in Mazak and/or FANUC controls. Candidate will run machining centers, turning centers, and bridge mills to manufacture precision components per customer specs.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, selecting tooling, performing in-process and final inspections, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with Mazak and/or FANUC control systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical sketches
• Proficiency in the use of precision measuring equipment and inspection tools
• Working knowledge of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties
• Ability to apply algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to machining and part manufacturing
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision while maintaining high quality and productivity standards

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC machine tools, including machining centers, turning centers, and bridge mills with minimal supervision.
• Manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, sketches, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Measure components, raw materials, and finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues to maintain productivity and quality.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and machining best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
