Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and lathe).
• Able to read blueprints, GD&T, and use precision tools.
• Programming/editing with G-code required; CAM a plus.
• Proficient in setup and operation of CNC equipment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills and lathes for production runs.
• Operate machines safely to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret drawings and codes.
• Make program edits and offsets as needed.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators.
• Maintain production documentation and quality records.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
