The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society in North Dakota is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care during 12-hour night shifts. You will assist with daily living activities and monitor residents under RN supervision.

The role requires a CNA certification and prior long-term care experience; high school diploma or GED preferred; opportunities to participate in restorative programs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Two years of clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered care during 12-hour night shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals).
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Support wellness and restorative programs as needed.
