Job summary

Good Samaritan Larimore is hiring a Senior Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care under RN supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help maintain care plans in a team setting.

Active CNA certification is required. The role offers flexible shifts, night and weekend differentials, and opportunities for advancement, with daily access to earnings and 401K employer match.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to RN.
• Support and assist other nursing staff and participate in care plans.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE practices.
