Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Full-time night shift, 10:00pm–6:30am, 64 hours per two-week pay period, with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Must be a Minnesota CNA or eligible within four months; high school diploma or GED preferred. Sign-on bonus, night and weekend differentials, education assistance, continuing education, and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with Minnesota certification or in process within four months.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• 12 hours of continuing education required annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and housekeeping tasks.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and document care.
