Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, scope and price testing and inspection programs, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
