Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced project manager to own the client relationship and the testing program, scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through delivered reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET or ACI credentials with technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and lab resources.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
