Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports, and ensuring project profitability while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing testing scopes, budgeting, invoicing inputs, and communications with clients to grow accounts through reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) credentials and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
