Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager who will own client relationships and the testing program, scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through dependable service and clear communication with clients and field crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and field credibility with senior technicians.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and client communications under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing/inspection programs and pour/earthwork calendars.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review reports before shipment and maintain client relationships.
• Grow accounts by delivering reliable testing and service.
