Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a capable Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scopes as needed to ensure revenue growth and client trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials required.
• Ability to hold technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
