Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, including pricing industrial programs, untangling calendars, and ensuring invoicing and budgets stay on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability; maintain client communication and project profitability.
