Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scopes while growing key accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI required; must maintain technical credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage schedules and communicate under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve issues with clients quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
