Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline; or a master's with equivalent research/industry experience.
• Less than 5 years of relevant industry experience; related graduate research or lab experience may count in place of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor/cleanroom/polishing or fixture/test equipment work.
• Willingness to learn tribology; strong data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to operate in lab/cleanroom environments and develop ownership of experimental platforms.
• Experience with quantitative data analysis, DOE, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of coding/data-analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, R, LabVIEW, JMP/JSL, C/C++, ImageJ.
