Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant engineering/physical science field.
• 5–10+ years of industrial experience applying science to tech problems.
• Hands-on experimental work with lab setup, samples, and tests.
• Experience in rheology, interfacial science, tribology, or related materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead experimental investigations on CMP fundamentals and material behavior.
• Develop reduced-order models and connect experiments to polishing performance.
• Mentor scientists and engineers; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Translate findings into practical guidance for product development.
