Job summary

Qnity Electronics, based in Delaware, is seeking an Applications Engineering Team Leader to guide a group of application engineers and advance CMP slurry product development for semiconductor fabrication. You will lead cross-functional projects, design experiments (DOEs), analyze data, and drive technical wins while collaborating with R&D, sales, and global product teams.

Occasional travel up to 15% is required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science/engineering or related field with 10+ years of related experience. M.S. or Ph.D. with 5+ years preferred.
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and fab metrology & procedures.
• CMP process knowledge and experience, especially in CMP pad, CMP slurry, or post-CMP cleaning development.
• Expertise in design of experiments (DOE), statistical data analysis, and technical reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced R&D and application development projects for CMP slurry technology.
• Manage and mentor a team of applications engineers; drive career development and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with US-based semiconductor clients; present solutions and support design wins.
