Jobot is seeking a Senior CMP Process Engineer in Tempe, AZ to lead development and optimization of CMP polishing processes within a manufacturing environment. You will drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure ISO compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, and yield enhancement, with a proven track record of improving product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Senior/related role in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CMP polishing processes and related tools (Mirra, IPEC, Ontrak).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of CMP polishing processes to improve yield.
• Troubleshoot processes to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
• Apply ISO compliance and process capability methods across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions in manufacturing.
