Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with 10+ years CMP experience.
• Hands-on CMP tools operation and process development.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, start up, optimize, and sustain CMP processes for yield and reliability.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and FDC methods.
• Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and risk management initiatives.
• Qualify and deploy new process baselines, tools, and materials for NPI and site transfers.
• Evaluate equipment, materials, and supplier performance to improve process outcomes.
