Qualifications

• BS - Engineering required.
• 10+ years’ experience in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Process.
• Wafer Fab Process / Equipment experience.
• Communicates complex ideas and persuades at senior levels.
• Technical expert in CMP Unit Process and Wafer Fab operations.

Responsibilities

• Must be a technical expert with 10+ years’ CMP Process experience.
• Lead discussions with customers to understand High Value Problems (HVP) and implement CIP.
• Mentor/Lead junior MPE's and contribute to CMP network of experts.
• Identify opportunities for CSA renewal / upsell / penetration.
• Resolve complex tool issues using analytics and FabVantage troubleshooting methodologies.
