Qualifications

• 10+ years of CMP experience and strong Wafer Fab background.

Responsibilities

• Provide CMP process expertise and resolve complex CMP/wafer-fab issues.
• Lead discussions with customers to address High Value Problems and drive CIP projects.
• Improve CSA value by reducing defects and optimizing performance.
• Mentor junior MPEs and share advanced integration knowledge.
• Lead adoption of FabVantage offerings on site through demonstrations and evaluations.
• Troubleshoot tool issues using analytics, equipment, and process knowledge.
• Lead CMP network of experts and Community of Practice.
