Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a CMOA Construction Manager to lead construction efforts in our Food & Beverage group. You will mentor staff, oversee project work, and serve as the main client contact while ensuring schedule and safety compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in construction management with 4+ years, or an Associate with 6+ years, or 8+ years with no degree. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Associate degree in construction management or related field with 6+ years of experience
• No degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass Vehicle Safety Program criteria

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and oversee work on projects
• Serve as main client contact and manage schedules
• Lead site meetings and conduct safety audits
• Ensure conformance to contract documents and standards
• Possibly serve as project manager or technical lead
• Perform final billing review
