Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a CMOA Construction Manager in our Food & Beverage group.
Responsibilities
- Mentor team members and may oversee work completed by project team.
- Responsible for staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
- Serve as main point of contact for the client.
- Responsible for schedule and timely completion of specific tasks within assigned projects.
- Analyze and resolve problems.
- Perform final billing review.
- Develop bidder lists for client to review.
- Serve as engineering liaison on issues that arise on construction sites.
- Responsible for change order final approvals.
- Verify that construction conforms to specifications in contract documents and applicable standards.
- May serve as project manager and/or technical lead.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass Mead & Hunt’s Vehicle Safety Program criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field plus four years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree in construction management or related field plus six years of relevant experience.
- No degree with at least eight years of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
- Installation of process, packaging and utility equipment with associated piping. Performance of Civil, Structural, Architectural work.
- QA/QC of field drawings.
- Site safety audits and walk-throughs.
- Arranging and conducting site meetings.

Salary range: $85,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as experience, skill set or location.
