BankUnited is seeking a CMDB Analyst to lead governance, administration, and quality of the ServiceNow CMDB. You will ensure that CI records, relationships, discovery data, and ownership details are accurate, complete, and audit-ready across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with technology, security, cloud, risk, and audit teams to support incident, change, and governance processes. The role covers CMDB governance, ServiceNow Discovery, data certification, and lifecycle governance, plus

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• At least 1 year in IT Service Management or CMDB governance.
• ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery experience.
• Strong data governance and ownership concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Govern CMDB governance and administration according to enterprise strategy.
• Maintain CI data, relationships, ownership, and lifecycle.
• Administer and monitor ServiceNow Discovery across environments.
• Configure discovery schedules, credentials, patterns, and MID Server.
• Ensure data quality rules and audits compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT to support governance.
