Raytheon Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst to lead CM activities onsite, ensuring baselines and data integrity across programs. You will coordinate changes with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and data control teams, and contribute to process improvements within the CMDM organization.

The role requires CM knowledge, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of professional CM experience preferred; more with degree.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Execute CM processes: identification, control, verification, status accounting for systems/equipment.
• Implement changes to engineering documents and adopt common CM processes.
• Coordinate engineering changes with multiple teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Participate in configuration audits and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain product baselines to ensure data consistency.
• Provide cross-functional CM support to engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve CM processes and tools.
• Build CM knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
• Support program health metrics by timely CM activities.
