Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst for the Sensors, Surveillance & Space Configuration Management team. The role is on-site in McKinney, TX, focusing on applying CM procedures, baselines, and audits across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, change requests, and baselines, plus leading CM audits and ensuring compliance with plans and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and CM experience required OR 8 years CM experience if no degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (citizenship required).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Apply CM procedures for identification, change control, status accounting and audits.
• Coordinate CM docs, change requests, releases and baselines, ensure status integrity.
• Review and disposition CM documentation and changes to baselines.
• Lead configuration audits, resolve data discrepancies, ensure CM plan compliance.
• Ensure CM docs support reviewers (engineering, quality, support, manufacturing).
• Maintain product baselines and data accuracy across the lifecycle.
