Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant CM or data management experience.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management software, preferably SolidWorks PDM.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple CIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance; active Secret preferred.
• U.S. person status required under export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute, maintain, and refine configuration management processes, procedures, and standards.
• Assign and track CIs from origination through approval and release for program milestones.
• Manage CI progression through SolidWorks PDM workflows and ensure data is stored and controlled.
• Review engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Oversee CI assignment, approval, and release with project leads and engineers.
• Coordinate and support customer-facing Configuration Control Board activities.
• Review CIs for alignment with the approved baseline and requirements.
• Review SOWs before contract award to ensure technical alignment.
• Support continuous improvement of CM tools, workflows, and documentation.
