Job summary

Raytheon’s CMDM organization seeks a Manager Configuration Analyst to lead configuration management initiatives at its Tucson site. The role focuses on enforcing CM processes, baselines, and change leadership within a DoD-cleared environment.

The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, and extensive CM experience across engineering and data control domains. Relocation is eligible.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of professional experience; CM experience preferred.
• Experience with databases such as SAP, ERP, PDM, CABS, PRISM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Configuration Management initiatives across programs and contracts.
• Define and implement enterprise CM strategies and frameworks.
• Oversee changes to engineering documents and processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and data control teams.
• Lead configuration audits and resolve data discrepancies to ensure CM plan compliance.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor product baselines across enterprise systems.
• Assess CM-related risks and advise leadership on readiness and health.
• Mentor CM professionals and foster knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align CM with business goals.
