The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Hotel Management and 5+ years supervisory experience, with excellent English and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping operations for assigned areas and staff.
• Lead and supervise Room Attendants, Floor Supervisors and Public Area staff.
• Coordinate with Service, Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Plan and monitor training, schedules, and productivity to meet standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of guest feedback and logs.
