Job summary

Dusit Thani seeks a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of the housekeeping operation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate with department heads, supervise staff, and maintain records and confidentiality across operations and related departments.

The role requires a minimum bachelor degree in hotel management or related field and at least eight years in a five-star environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of housekeeping experience in a 5-star environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the effectiveness of all aspects of the Housekeeping operation and related departments.
• Screens and acknowledges daily work schedules and briefings for heads of sections.
• Ensures training and refresher courses for all staff are conducted regularly.
• Maintains confidentiality and proper records for lost and found items.
• Reports to Director of Rooms or GM/HM in absence of Dir. of Rooms.
