Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of systems/infrastructure engineering experience.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Client-facing experience.
• Enterprise networking expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support and technical escalation.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Manage enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs.
• Implement security best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust.
• Perform patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery activities.
