A growing Managed Service Provider is seeking a Senior System Administrator to handle complex technical escalations and lead cloud initiatives. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an MSP.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID.
• Solid background with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Deep understanding of VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced escalations involving servers and cloud technologies.
• Design and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory.
• Lead or assist with migrations and modernization projects.
