Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement scalable cloud and virtualization solutions across on‑prem and AWS environments. You will manage AD, IAM, and Citrix platforms while optimizing costs and ensuring security and SLAs.

You will automate routines with PowerShell, Python, and IaC tools, participate in DR planning, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize the infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
• 10+ years of strong technical IT infrastructure/systems experience with virtualization.
• 3+ years AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• 5+ years virtualization with optimization best practices.
• 5+ years Microsoft Active Directory in a large enterprise.
• 3+ years experience supporting Citrix environments (XenApp/XenDesktop or CVAD).
• Deep Windows Server OS knowledge (2016/2019/2022).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement AWS IAM policies and federated identity with AD.
• Automate provisioning with CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar IaC tools.
• Manage AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, Systems Manager.
• Support hybrid-cloud with AD domain controllers in AWS.
• Optimize costs via monitoring, automation, lifecycle management.
• Design and manage AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Maintain VMware virtualization environment and performance.
• Assist planning and deployment of new virtualization tech.
