Job summary

HomeServe USA Corp. seeks a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize virtualization, storage and cloud solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will drive AD, IAM, and IaC practices, and lead initiatives to improve performance, reliability, and security. The role requires deep experience with VMware, AWS, Citrix, and SAN storage, plus scripting in PowerShell or Python, and strong Windows Server and networking skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
• 10+ years of strong technical IT infrastructure experience focused on virtualization.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• 5+ years of virtualization experience with optimization and best practices.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Active Directory in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement AWS IAM policies and federated identity with AD.
• Build and maintain cloud automation using CloudFormation, Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Maintain and optimize VMware and Citrix environments for high availability.
