Job summary

HomeServe USA Corp. seeks an experienced Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms. You will integrate AD with AWS IAM, automate provisioning with IaC tools, and manage VMware and Citrix environments across data centers and cloud.

You’ll drive security, IAM, and observability practices, supporting on-prem and cloud workloads while collaborating on migration and DR efforts in a fast-growing IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure with virtualization focus.
• 3+ years with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• 5+ years in virtualization with VMware and storage.
• 5+ years of hands-on AD in large enterprises.
• 3+ years supporting Citrix environments (XenApp/XenDesktop).
• Advanced scripting: PowerShell, Python, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement AWS IAM policies and AD integrations.
• Develop cloud automation using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Manage AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, SSM.
• Support hybrid-cloud including AD domain controllers in AWS.
• Optimize costs via monitoring, automation, lifecycle management.
• Maintain AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs across environments.
• Maintain on-prem VMware virtualization and storage (Pure Storage).
• Plan and deploy virtualization and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational standards across on-prem and cloud.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, AWS CLI, Python.
• Collaborate on cloud migrations and DR planning.
• Maintain Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix Cloud.
