You will build trusted advisor relationships, define delivery quality standards, manage risk, and align programs with strategic goals, ensuring delivery excellence at every stage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-workstream engagements with delivery quality standards.
• Build strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to clarify vision and align work plans.
• Manage engagement scope, finances, and timelines; identify risks and mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional AWS, customer, and partner resources to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Establish and share best practices for delivery quality and operational excellence, mentoring team members.
