The ideal candidate has extensive cloud experience, Google Cloud certification, and the ability to travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer‑facing cloud, technical consulting, support, or transformation experience.
• At least 4 years supporting Google Cloud implementations or programs.
• Executive‑level communication, influence, problem‑solving, and client‑management skills.
• Active Google Cloud professional‑level certification.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical relationship with strategic Google Public Sector customers.
• Own cloud adoption planning, operational health, and executive engagement.
• Coordinate across Google product, engineering, support, and delivery teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive planning meetings.
• Direct complex launches, capacity planning, and critical customer events.
• Mentor junior TAMs and provide quality oversight across accounts.
• Build and sustain professional relationships and manage multiple tasks.
