Job summary

Deloitte seeks a GCP Technical Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III) to support Public Sector cloud adoption, planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. This remote role is within the continental United States and focuses on maintaining account health across client and delivery partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, software development, or technical consulting.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation programs, etc.
• 1+ years of experience designing, developing, or operating microservices, APIs.
• Google Cloud Professional certification in at least one listed specialization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience with public-sector Google Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across assigned customer workstreams and track issues, risks, dependencies, actions, and milestones.
• Collaborate with client Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams to resolve issues and escalations.
• Support launches, capacity planning, product releases, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews, business reviews, and customer meetings; document needs and feedback.
• Recommend Google Cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance; escalate to Senior TAM.
