Job summary

InductiveHealth is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to support the deployment, administration, automation, and optimization of enterprise web applications across Azure, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments.

You will work with developers, customers, and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available solutions, participate in on-call incidents, and drive automation with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, DevOps, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and administration.
• Experience with SQL Server-based web applications and Git.
• Experience with collaboration platforms like Atlassian and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server OS.
• Experience supporting core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain .NET web apps on IIS, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Handle Tier 3 client support and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in on-call and incident response for availability and security.
• Develop and support automation tools and deployment processes.
