Job summary

Altera Digital Health, part of the Harris Computer family, is seeking an experienced systems engineer to manage Windows Server and Azure deployments in a global, 24x7 environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent English communication.

You will handle deployment, monitoring, and automation using Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and PowerShell, while ensuring security, reliability, and cost governance across Azure resources.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts for deployments and maintenance
• Experience supporting highly available, global applications on large networks
• Strong troubleshooting and data flow analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and email English communication

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, upgrade, monitor, secure, and improve servers and apps
• Support Microsoft SQL Servers, SSL certs, IIS, and clusters
• Deploy new solutions following documented processes
• Monitor and resolve issues proactively
• Improve Azure/Windows services continuously
• Analyze business needs and recommend solutions
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Stay current with systems/hardware developments
• Collaborate with development teams for troubleshooting
• Deploy Azure App Services and Functions; CI/CD pipelines
• Governance, cost management: Azure Policy and tagging
• Automation: Azure CLI, PowerShell, Logic Apps, Runbooks
• Monitor and observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights
• Use AI/LLM tools to assist daily tasks
