Job summary

Optasia Group is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. You will own Windows Server and Azure architecture, manage Active Directory and Intune, and drive automation to improve reliability and security.

The role requires 7+ years in a similar senior role, strong scripting skills in PowerShell, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

7+ years of proven experience in a senior Systems/Infrastructure role focused on Microsoft technologies.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft-based systems for scalability, security, and performance.
Own Windows and Azure architecture decisions and contribute to long-term strategy.
Design and manage Active Directory environments, including GPO governance.
Administer and optimize Windows Server 2022/2025 environments.
Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint lifecycle management and security.
Architect and support Azure environments including identity, networking, backup, and DR.
