Job summary

InductiveHealth, a remote-first SaaS provider for public health, is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to support deployment, administration, automation, and optimization of enterprise web apps across Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and SQL Server.

You will collaborate with developers, customers, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable services, participate in on-call, and develop automation tools using Azure DevOps, Git, and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and platform administration.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server based web applications and source control (Git).
• Experience with Atlassian and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain .NET apps on IIS, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Handle Tier 3 client support tickets with status updates.
• Troubleshoot complex app, infra, deployment issues.
• Participate in on-call support and incident response.
• Develop and support automation tools and deployment scripts.
• Use Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate releases with development teams.
• Manage Windows Server and Azure resources.
• Onboard and configure new customer subscriptions.
• Monitor health and resolve performance issues.
• Improve security, scalability, efficiency.
• Collaborate with SQL DBAs on performance.
• Work with DevOps to enhance automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
