Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled cloud security engineer to support customers post‑sale, analyze complex configurations, and drive secure outcomes. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve capabilities, document findings, and provide front‑line technical assistance in demanding environments.

You will work with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust security controls and effective incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Deep knowledge of cloud tech incl. containers and serverless architectures.
• Background in security with cloud security focus preferred.
• Strong Linux/Windows skills.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Kubernetes in prod and non-prod.
• Hands-on with APIs and cloud security controls.
• Coding skills in Go, Python, PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with SAML/OAuth, MFA, RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and partners.
• Manage and resolve support cases from start to finish with timely follow-ups.
• Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for issues.
• Author Technical Support Bulletins and KB documentation.
• Review technical content for training, manuals, and guides.
• Travel to customer sites for critical situations as needed.
• Provide configurations and best practices to customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence product operability.
• Support weekend on-call and after-hours as required.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
