Experience with public cloud providers and services.
In-depth knowledge of cloud security and best practices.
Strong Linux/Windows proficiency and scripting skills.
Experience with IaC and CI/CD delivery using automation tools.
Hands-on Kubernetes in production and development environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and partners.
Manage support cases from recording to resolution with timely follow-ups.
Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Author and review technical content for knowledge bases and guides.
Collaborate with Engineering to influence product operability.
Participate in weekend on-call rotation and after-hours support as required.
