Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with deep experience in cloud services, automation, integrations, and security technologies. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience; BS or MS degree
• Software Development or QA experience in cybersecurity, networking
• Experience writing test plans/cases with strong SQA knowledge; Python scripting & automation
• Strong experience in TCP/IP and L4-L7 protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, etc.)
• Experience installing/configuring core network services on Linux/Windows; deep packet understanding
• Hands-on experience with traffic generation/test tools (Spirent, BreakingPoint, Ixia)
• Knowledge of Next-Gen Firewalls and IPS engines
• Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with AI/LLM-driven QA tools to optimize workflows
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
