Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud security basics.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient scripting in Go or Python; able to review/debug code.
• Familiarity with RBAC, IAM, and security controls; APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support to customers and partners.
• Manage support cases end-to-end with timely follow-ups.
• Conduct fault isolation and root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Author technical bulletins and maintain knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence product operability and security.
• Participate in weekend on-call and after-hours support as required.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
