AlphaSense is seeking a proactive Cloud Support Engineer to own end-to-end technical issues across SaaS and private cloud environments. You will collaborate with senior engineers and customer contacts, act as the second line of defense, and help scale support with AI-powered workflows.

The role requires 2–4 years in technical support or cloud operations, strong debugging skills, and experience with Kubernetes/Docker and cloud tooling. Remote work is supported, with global team collaboration.

Formación

• 2–4 years in technical support, IT operations, or cloud operations.
• Proficient with CLI tools (kubectl, awscli) and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with alerting/logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsabilidades

• Provide second-line technical support for SaaS and cloud issues.
• Diagnose problems using logs, traces, and test cases; use kubectl and awscli.
• Collaborate with regional teams and R&D to resolve tickets.
• Document runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Advocate for customers and improve platform value with AI tools.
