AlphaSense in the United States (Oregon) is seeking a Staff Engineer to own and evolve the Cloud Platform and Kubernetes-based infrastructure, shaping the architectural roadmap and scaling our SaaS services. You will drive AI-friendly tooling, enhance security, reliability and performance, and collaborate across SRE and DevEx to enable self-service and agentic workflows for a Build it - Own it culture.

This is a broad, technical leadership role ideal for engineers who thrive on scalable

Formación

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud in production SaaS.
• Strong networking, service meshes, and production storage concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang for infrastructure tooling.
• Solid CI/CD practices and scalable platform engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Cloud and Kubernetes based Platform.
• Improve security, reliability, cost efficiency, and performance.
• Drive standards and reduce duplication across teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to enable services.
• Work with SRE and DevEx to ensure a coherent Platform.
• Enable self-service and agentic workflows inBuild it-Own it model.
• Build AI-powered tooling integrations to simplify ops.
• Provide operational support for global engineering teams.
• Architect and implement simple, maintainable solutions.
