AlphaSense is hiring a proactive Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. You will own technical problems end-to-end within SaaS and private cloud environments, collaborating with senior engineers and customer contacts to drive issues to resolution.

As the second line of defense for technical queries, you will diagnose issues using logs, traces, and test cases, while applying scripting skills (Python/JavaScript) and cloud tooling. Growth paths include Senior Cloud Support Engineer and SRE roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical support, IT operations or cloud operations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CLI tools (kubectl, awscli) and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs and MCP-related troubleshooting.
• Experience linking LLMs to external tools and multi-agent systems.
